KHAM IT Kft. processes personal data in connection with operating khamit.hu and handling enquiries in a transparent, purpose-bound and proportionate manner.

Contact and quote requests
If a visitor contacts KHAM IT Kft. by email, phone or the contact form, the data required to answer the enquiry and continue communication may be processed.
Processed data may include name, email address, phone number, message content and any other information voluntarily provided by the data subject.
The purpose of processing is to answer enquiries, clarify needs, prepare quotes and maintain contact. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or the controller's legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries.

The website runs on a rented server operated by the company itself. The server is physically hosted in Servergarden's data center at Expo tér, while hosting and system operation are handled by KHAM IT Kft.
Data may be disclosed based on an authority, court or statutory obligation, or to the extent necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Data security
KHAM IT Kft. protects processed data with technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, alteration, deletion, disclosure or loss.
Data may be accessed only by persons who need access for the relevant purpose.

Data subjects may request information about the processing of their personal data, access to their data, and may request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.

Remedies
If a data subject believes that the processing of personal data is unlawful, it is recommended to contact KHAM IT Kft. first so the matter can be resolved directly.
